Asthma (Lavender Steam) (5 ml)

Oils. Lavender Purpose of Blend. Use to relax lung spasms and soothe the panic associated with an asthma attack. Items required.  3 cups of hot water, a large towel, a large, shallow bowl, and this blend. Directions. Pour hot water into the bowl, add 6 to 8 drops of the blend, cover head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe deeply for several minutes and emerge for fresh air when needed. You can also put a drop at the bottom of each foot. Repeat this treatment once a day as needed. Ingredients: Essential oils. This blend is diffuser safe!
